It's Tilt; it's an alcoholic energy drink, not unlike Four Loko. High alcohol content and barely has any alcohol taste at all. I really don't like it, but it was leftover from the other night, so I figured what the hell. Not highly recommended.

In reguards to the relgious aspect of things I pressume..having the biggest impact on it. Personally I dont see the point.

I have no idea - I know that Lexington and Richmond, KY don't have that law, so I guess it's not statewide...I just live in a "moist" county, and my city is the only one in the county that allows sale of alcohol at all. Seriously. Aside from a few restaurants which were able to get liquor licenses, there's no alcohol sale at all. Technically, they're not supposed to sell anything with an alcohol content over 8% at a convenience store here (I don't know how the Tilt slipped under their radar and was allowed to be sold at gas stations) but I guess they got away with it somehow. And yeah. I think it is a religiously motivated law. There's literally 30+ churches in town...that I know about.
