Drinking some Hot Totti's.
I drink when I'm sad, I drink when I'm happy, I drink when I'm angry, I drink when I'm well, and.... now I drink when I'm sick. Seeing if this cold remedy actually will help. Worst case scenario, I get a nice buzz and postpone feeling crappier until tomorrow morning.

Not tonight, I have a ton of work to do, but I've recently discovered my new favorite pick-me-up:
Like Red Bull and vodka, only tastier and it hits harder. For some reason or another they don't sell many premixed drinks here, slightly on the pricey side but delicious nonetheless.

I'm interested in global prices of alcohol. What do you pay for your stuff? Here it's Swedish prices in general(translated to US dollars for convenience).
One can of bad beer (50 cl): 1.4 US$ One can of good beer (50 cl): 2.1 US$ One bottle of decent wine (750 cl): 9.6 US$ One bottle of decent whisky (700 cl): 36.2 US$ Note that the Swedish currency is unusually strong against the dollar atm, so the prices are usually slightly lower in American currency, but you get the general picture. |

One can of beer (0.5 litres) ~ 23.00 NOK = 3.87335 USD The same beer at a pub ~ 50.00 NOK = 8.41973 USD at lowest and up to ~70 NOK = 11.7882 USD depending on the place 1 litre of Laphroaig 10 year old whisky - 721.00 NOK = 121.428 USD .. Usually, you buy these in 70 cl bottles which would be 505 NOK = 85.0541 USD For reference to more usual stuff, the breads I buy cost from 20.00 NOK = 3.36860 USD and up and a litre of milk costs about 13.00 NOK = 2.18950 USD .. I think.
