American breakfasts are tasty, yea...

Now let's look at obesity rates...

a proper fry-up is one of the best things in the world! eggs, bacon, sausage, tomato, toast, and baked beans. oh yeah.

but really, i think the word 'cuisine' is stretching it a bit ;)

there are a few food items i miss from my time in the UK, but mostly pre-made stuff, i didn't get a lot of actual cooked food while i was there. i enjoyed toasted crumpets with jam, salt and vinegar hulahoops, cheese and onion sandwiches, and those yummy Maynard Wine Gums. oh, and this dense little loaf of 'bread' filled with raisins, forgot what that was called? had kind of a malty taste to it...

Yikes... British Cuisine. Some one really ought to teach you all what a proper breakfast is. When I was in London I couldn't bear what you all would start your day with. Horrifying...

What? Corn Flakes?

I like a lot of british food. The cottage or sheperd's pie is amazing. My girlfriend made it about three weeks back - best meal we'd had in a while. Great stuff.

Of course I also love the english "fry up" breakfast and everything that comes with it, including black and white puddings and tea.

The British created the Yorkshire pudding and Cornish pasty which I could easily survive for the rest of my life off of. I use to make great yorkshire puddings when I lived at sea level, but now that I live up 5000' above sea level I need to change the measurements of the ingredients.

Fuckin' A! I dont usually plaster butter over food but malt loaf demands it and with a nice cup of tea to finish. Lovely.

Pig's blood, pigs fat, onion and some flavourings make up this traditional British cooked breakfast component. Put's hairs on your chest for sure. Just fry it in slices and you are done. You can taste the iron :D

I prefer Black Pudding cold

Ever eaten it cold in a sandwich with tomato ketchup? Fantastic.
