Hunting for a style... (genre, mood music, quote, songs)

A Tea Party.

My friends and I are hosting an 'Alice in wonderland" style party, and need mood music. We're hunting for mixes of Creepy, happy, quirky music, relatively upbeat. Stuff that mixes different genres and instruments, but not too heavy on vocals. I know its a terrible request, but...anyone have ideas of songs/music like this?
