I don't exactly lose sleep over it, but when people use this smiley;



I mean, it's not like it adds anything to a post. It's just completely pointless and annoying.

Yeah, MB has quite a few pointless smilies (the baseball, basketball and soccer ball all come to mind) and yet there's no puking smiley which I'd think would be much more useful, especially if, say, Limp Bizkit come up in conversation.
