I know some will consider this an effing nuisance; but I think the Scottish accent is supreme. The one you hear in East London is beyond amazing as well.

Icelandic accents are the most beautiful thing I have ever witnessed.
Meanwhile, Parisian french is awful! What an ugly way to speak french! Its better when they speak English though.
Also quebecois accents are adorbs and I hope to get one!

Accents don't really do anything for me.

People are born speaking the way that they do. I don't find that as something to use to determine if I'm attracted to them just for speaking.

People are born speaking?

But seriously, I get what you're saying, but I think it's a mistake to assume people's accents are something that always stick with them forever. I don't have the same accent now that I did when I was in my teens, for example. People's accents can evolve over time depending on where they go and what they do in life.

Then again it all depends, maybe people will drop one regional accent for another, but for people who speak a second language, they keep the vowels of their mother-tongue.

I don't know about you but I came out of my mother speaking. Could she or anyone else understand me? Nope!

Yeah, I know when people move to different locations sometimes they will adopt the accent of the area around them if they live there long enough as well or create a strange hybrid.
