Pop art maybe? It reminds me of Ray Johnson and he's considered pop art.

Some form of Pop Art, probably.
It reminds me a bit of Basquiat.

That's a cool painting.

Generally though I can't stand 90% of what is considered postmodernism. A great deal of it is trash that requires absolutely no kind of real talent or vision.

Dada isn't art! Dada is the death of art! Dada is the death of dada and life! Life is the death of dada and the soul!

Anyhoo anything that doesn't stick to a specific style or strive for a coherent message can be considered post-modern art I suppose, so I guess that painting would qualify, seems to throw together a couple different approaches.
