I'll be in the corner guzzing down drinks and making a tower out of toothpicks.

Alright, I guess it's time for a beer and a gammel dansk (danish bitter) ..

And then I'll find someone who likes food and drink and we'll have a nice chat about traditional food and drink from the countries we're from. After a little while, the talk focuses more and more on alcohol and we start getting stuff from the bar that might be considered traditional where we're from. Since I'm norwegian, that means we would have to get a shotglass of Aquavit which is a liquor that is very popular in Norway (and the rest of Scandinavia) around christmas time. We'll also inevitably have a flatliner with extra tabasco (sorry about that) because we call them "stinging jelly fish" where I come from and like to drink them despite the foul ingredients.

It's a layered shot and the ingredients for a stinging jellyfish (also known as flatliner) is Zambouca, tabasco and tequila. When nicely layered, zambouca goes at the bottom, then a nice, fat layer of tabasco and tequila floats on top.

Mmm.

After this, I'll be starting to get properly drunk I think.

There are only two bitters I usually get and they are Fernet Branca and Gammel Dansk. They are italian and danish, respectively. There is a norwegian bitter called Balder that I once tried and that tasted like a mix between Gammel Dansk and Jägermeister (really).

I'm not fond of sweet alcohol, so a sweet cognac is about as far as I'll go on that scale. As a result, I'm no fan of the sugary bitters either (Jäger and Balder are good examples).

You're underage in an imaginary pub? I certainly wouldnt be!

I'll have a Guinness and the topic of conversation will be how most of us are underage....loudly...so the bartender can hear

Is there gonna be a dancefloor? Any volunteers to provide live music?
