either way, i've nothing against with you not wanting chicken, for the reasons that you gave, except the 4th one, i basically understand you.
the only meat i eat now is fish. i grill that. so that's cooked. i also boil peanuts, so that's cooked too.

raw food i eat = vegetables and fruits. this is approximately 80% of my diet.

For the majority of people fiber helps with digestion, you are getting fiber in other ways though through the green type veggies that you are eating.
maybe because it is processed... other stuff goes with it.

but yes, i eat them because they are high on fiber. was looking for a replacement for oatmeal and milk. i take oatmeal because it's the only way my body will take milk, i am slightly lactose intollerant. i will try soy but i need to research on it first. I'm not sure how efficient it is.

ah ok. i see. thanks.

well, i can't argue on you there cause pretty much most of the disease (heart attack, athritis, liver/kidney infection, colon cancer, etc.) are cause by eating too much meat.

i'm a big supporter of being meat eater but i do not condone eating too much that the body can handle.
i don't get it why people can eat like 5 plates of steak and complain why they're overweight.

when i was in Lexington, i swear, their food, burgers, are too freakishly big and when i bought a kiddie meal at subways, man, those aren't kiddy meals. those are large meals for a regular Filipino.

Man, giving up burgers, pulled pork, and fried chicken may be kind of hard.
