i'm so sorry. actually, i've never seen tofu before or even tasted one and the last thing i heard was that it was a fish or something..what i do know though is that there's this recipe that has fish in it and they call it fish tofu fillet or something, that's why i thought tofus are fish..ahahaha..

By adding certain spices to the Tofu they try to make the tofu taste like certain meats. Being that you are Filipino i would have figured it would be a staple to some degree in the diet, as i've seen it added to Filipino soups and such.

Nice one. I've never actually had meat in my diet so I don't know what it'll be like to change, but good luck with it. And the Buddhist thing too. I keep trying to actually get some Buddhist influences in my life, but my damn teenage taboos get in the way.
