I use cool now as "ok."

Like "Hey can you do this for me?"
I go "yeah, thats cool."


Or "Sorry about your shirt."
I respond "Don't worry about it, it's cool"


For something interesting or appealing I use the word "tight."

Like "Hey, you like this?"
"Hellz yeah, thats tight!"
