frustrated,....
so i'm surfin the net tryin to find my kinda boyfriend a place in ft worth or dallas,...something urban,...he wants a loft,....exposed brick,....lots of natural light,...concrete or wood floors,.....something he can scuff up,.....
something old maybe? historic? kinda cool,...not pretentious,...and i'm tryin to find something with a great kitchen,... its been so long since i looked for real estate in the city,......i thought the market was bad,...everything is so expensive,......and if its not it looks generic,...... ugh,.... should i just break down and call an agent? |
Is he look to rent or to buy? If he's just looking to rent, just keep searching on your own.

its not as bad as i thought it would be,....i've been lookin at that buildin since i was a kid and always wanted to live in it,.... the one bedrooms are only like 750 a month,...which i guess isnt that bad,.......the bigger ones are of course more expensive,....but he doesnt need that much room,...its just him and his dog,.....and i'd stay every so often,.....i guess,.... |

When I was y'alls age we all just had sex with each other. No need for something as committed and restraining as Lucy Sam's Buck Fuddy or Savannah's kinda boyfriend. That was pre-aids though and we still weren't mostly immune to penicillin.
Also... buy. That's the best advice I can give. I stretched my ass at 26 to buy a home for $52,000 and sold it 14 years later for $270K. Imagine if I'd kept renting. The market is down, prices are low. If you have good credit a steady job and ambition, you should buy. Move you're BFN (boyfriend for now) in and charge him rent. Maybe consider another roommate too but that's a whole other conversation. |
