All I know is that I went into that restaurant, ate my meal, and became horribly sick the next morning. Doc said food poisoning, but it probably could be from a number of things. Raw chicken touching the steak and what not. It's still in my head though so that's the problem.

No matter how you actually have your steak, it must still reach a core temperature inside. It's the way that you cook it that prevents it being overcooked but still safe enough to eat, so you could theoretically get food poisioning from that. Obviously a crap chef then
