^^^ I completely agree, a good spaghetti Bolognese is an essential rite of passage for all true men. Mine is killer.

I got food poisoning from an undercooked steak a couple of years ago so I haven't been able to get back to the red meat since then. I feel sick just thinking about it

I didn't know food poisoning from undercooked steak was that common... medically a human could eat a raw steak and not get sick at all. It's chicken that needs to be fully cooked.

Must've been a dodgy cow.
