It's always a shame when a regular, especially a popular one, decides to leave a forum simply because something or someone upsets or offends him, whatever.

Yeah mods can then go around banning or doing whatever to the people responsible but it's a bit late then. The only solution is for them to stop it before it gets out of hand.

The only way they can do that is if they are told. If something/one is bothering you then tell them, don't expect them to be able to read your minds. Otherwise it's going to get worse and then you're gonna have had enough and decide to leave.
