10. Adidass - Not sure if that second S belongs or not, oh well. Very smart guy. Interesting perspective on things, well read, diverse taste in music, very selective with his posts most of the time it seems and never seems to go out of his way to hurt anyone feelings or offend their tastes.

9. Wayfarer - Surprised how much I like Wayfarer, no idea about his\her personal standing or lot in life. Seems to be a well rounded individual with an open minded view of music, politics and life. Hoping to get into a deep musical conversation at some point.

8. RezZ - Not sure we've ever had a conversation but a ton the stuff (s)he writes I read and enjoy and have never thought, what a ****, douche, bitch etc. after. Seems to another of the more well rounded and thoughtful members here, a winner in my book.

7. Lucifer Sam - Consistently strong content, a lot of interesting observations and active in a lot of the various forums on the site. Very good musical taste and far reaching for such a young dude. Seems patient and courteous of other members and has valuable insight almost in every post.

6. Piss Me Off - A star in terms of organization and execution of site initiatives. Spearheaded the successful hall of fame project and is always creating interesting content when he's active. Humble, thoughtful and witty, a beacon of light amidst a see of dark, well that parts ***.

5. JDG85 - Reminds me of my son sooo many ways. Smart, thoughtful, considerate. A Zeppelin fan which demonstrates extremely high intellect and a certain panache otherwise unattainable. Should and probably would post more if time allowed.

4. Jackhammer - Overall a good guy with some of the best taste in music hear. I say that not because we agree on music but because he seems to have an appreciation and understanding of so many types of music. From metal to folk with a major in Pink Floyd plus he seems to ave no life outside bicing his head and posting.

3. Urban Hatemonger - An elitist ******* most likely, but undeniably knowledgeable and valuable to this site. Deserves all the credit for the 100 lists and the majority of the most popular threads on this site. Not sure he and I have anything in common or that we really like each other but regardless I almost always read his posts.

2. Crowquill\Sleepy Jack - The Cyrano of Musicbanters collective unconscious. Ambiguous and authentic, the star of the show. This is his site in my eyes. He's an arrogant, opinionated little deviant, but smart and creative and just damaged enough to be special. Most over and under rated poster on this site.

1. Right-Track - My guess is he is a real **** in his day-to-day and just grossly over compensating on-line. Nevertheless, he is the nicest and most obnoxiously considerate person I've come across online. He couldn't offend a black guy at a KKK rally. Sweet as pie and just a fuckable to the ***s and ladies.

It's very rare I criticise someone's taste in music. But as far as the bands they like go , they're fair game in my opinion :D

I am in favor of more favorite lists, but no most hated please. That's just cruel. I could list 10 more people I really like here. Inuzuka, Frances (still exist?), 2boo, Double X etc etc etc. I just picked tried to pick an eclectic 10.

I've been hanging around here for a year and half now and have 1,300 music posts and probably at least another 700 in the lounge, obviously I like the site and most of it's members.

Urban - My analysis of you was as tongue-in-cheek as your approach. All except the stuff about how great you are of course.

Wayfarer - Gross

FaSho - knock yourself out, love to see your list.

9.Meph1986: Best n00b around.
8.right-track: Same reason as JJJ, he knows hot to keep his cool.
7.Wayfarer: Alway's has something hilarious to say, whether it has anything to do with the topic or not.
6.JayJamJah: He hasn't been posting as much since I've been around, but he has some great ideas, and his avvy is my favorite VU album.
5.lucifer Sam: Though we agree on virtually nothing, he's fun to argue with though, and every post he makes is constructive.
4.Sweet Nothing: What can I say? He's got a great posting style, and is just fun to read.
3.Alfred: It's tough liking Pop-Punk on here, and we actuall like some of the same stuff.
2.Sleepy Jack:The most fun posts to read, because constructive or not I love him, no matter how much he bashes afi.
1.Jackhammer:Though(as he has admitted beofre) he's a post whore, all his posts are good, and always worrth reading.

JJJ: Just an awesome person with a huge music collection that I envy. Consistently courteous and insightful.
Urban Hatemonger: Damn funny, I'd probably like better in real life too.
LesPaul43: Cus he doesn't hate me and is really into sports like me. Doesn't have too much in common with me musically and rarely posts anymore, but it was fun while it lasted.
the starving-artless: Should have been banned years ago, but it's still funny to see him rile people up.
matious: never posts, I can't even remember what music he likes, but the memories...
right-track: Doesn't post much, but a definite forum fixture.
The Dave: Just about the nicest person on here.

I don't really have favorite members. There's the ones I respect for their musical knowledge (Jackhammer, Urban, JJJ), the ones who just seem like nice people and I enjoy reading about their opinions (Davey Moore, Wolverine, Dreadnaught, sweet_nothing, FaSho, Lucifer, etc) and then there's CAPTAIN CAVEMAN.

CAVEMAN is like an entirely different entity. If he can't rip a thread apart in four syllables or less, it's indestructible.

I still don't know if I like him or not. =/

This is a cool thread. It's different from Spill Your Guts because it's positive and is people who make the forum special. Even if it's someone you have a crush on. You can explain each person, but it's fine if you don't want to.

My top 10 (not ranked)

1. Burning Down: is a totally down to earth bb who's always there for me and keeps my sexual appetite by sending me sexy ice players and priests!!! Damn, I need to get myself to church. I could go on all day about Mel, but I do want to save my money to visit her and Dan (Zombie) in Canada.
2. Janszoon: You are such a wonderful person and pretty much the best mod since you became on. You are calm and always makes the most logical decisons about drama, spam or ban hammering.
3. Urban Hamburger: You are such a fecking lunatic. You are blunt, you are sly and always make me laugh, no matter what mood I'm in lol. I'm closer to you than my friends over here because you cut the **** and tell me to make the best decisions as a mod and a member. Things always come out true when I follow your advice.
4. Fetcher: Classy, sexy and you are great poster who I drool over when seeing your pictures. You've always been so kind to me, you don't jump on the bandwagon during drama which shows you're mature and don't pick sides.
5. Mojo: I love chatting to you! We've spent a bit of time getting to know each other and I see you as a strong, passionate guy who loves music. You recommend some great TV shows and bands that I end up getting into.
6. DJ: DJ and I had a period where we weren't really talking to each other and he went underground to look after himself without judgement. I know I was hard on you but I know now that you're such a cool guy! I love talking to you again. I do worry that other people using you. I'm here if you need me. :)
7. Neapolitan: Such a kind, intelligent and mature guy. I am so stoked that you like a fair bit of New Zealand music. When I get a computer sorted I'll share things with you as my OS will be reset.
8. Butthead: You never fail to make me lol! I like your non-PC attitude plus no ****s to give toward others.
9. Lisnaholic: You are a super nice guy. I haven't been in touch with you much because of so many reasons! But I still consider you the most intellectual and obscure taste in music. I'm really glad to see your music club was around for a while but I don't think people were up to reviewing the tracks. I will get us to get it running again if I have a damn working computer!!! 3 times it's been fixed. Hopefully others might want to contribute too. But anyway, I feel a really cool collection with you. :love:

11: Trollheart: I'm having to make it 11 because I have to mention Dereyk. I really, really think you are the most amazing and considerate person. It must be quite hard being at home a lot and being devoted towards your sister. It shows true character. On here you contribute so much, especially with your journal. You are empathetic toward members who often don't say thank you. It's not like you're trying to make yourself look good, it's totally genuine. I know you think a lot of me but being in NZ it's a bit difficult to meet members like you. I definitely plan on visiting Ireland in the next couple of years, so hang tight!
