yeah it is
it did sound like he believed that Newton's Laws were carved in stone and didnt know that scientists are still trying to find the answers that will make the theories into laws or principles w/e there is still so much that our little guesses cant begin to explain up to a point we can see and feel our way but then things start unraveling and the theories fall apart and we are back to square one or one hunderd and one wherever the extropolations started disagreeing with the reality |

im trying to look at the big pic
there are enough discrepancies in the theory (that is based on the laws and principles) that scientists are still looking for the real answer the flat earth theory was based on pretty conclusive scientific knowledge but it was wrong and it took more investigation of the theory to figure out the true answer |

Gravity is a scientific theory. Gravity is the concept and rules as to why and how something produces a gravitational affect and how that can be used.
Scientific law is that if you're in space and you drop something it doesn't go anywhere but if you're on Terraferma it will plummet to the ground. Law is the observation, theory is the explanation. |

everyone knows that newtons laws of gravity were shot all to hell by einsteins theory of relativity right?
just because a theory covers an existing phenonomen and almost answers the question of how it works does not mean it is the truth or the correct answer |

regardless of which theory we look at if at any point it is disproven by facts then it was based on incorrect data and is not the correct answer newtons laws were built on but ultimately disproved by einsteins theory of relativity one day someone may come along and disprove einsteins theories but not if everyone quits probing for the real answer |
