I live in a less populous area now, so I can see 3x as many stars as I did in San Diego. Last night I even saw strands of the Milky Way and it reminded me of a kid living in Yosemite. City life is nice to a degree but I really missed the clear night sky.

California Lutheran University. Not a Lutheran, but I know people who work here that helped get me a good scholarship.

Gotcha. For some reason I thought you were headed to the Riverside area. Thousand Oaks is close to Simi Valley from what I remember. Good luck with school man.

C'mon man. Not even a hint as to what kind? Go stand in a corner until you feel sorry for what you've done.

Schecter Diamond Series Damien FR-6

Only thing I don't really like about it is the bat inlays, I'm hoping there's dots on the side of the neck. Ever since I got my bass I've been playing a lot of metal and rock again, but my poor Tele needs a lot of work done to be halfway decent again and I'm moving back to Canada where they don't appear to sell Schecter at any of the big guitar stores. Dipping into my moving savings a little bit to get this, but I want it.
