Hi All
First time here !

Those sites like - http://www.kazaalite.nl/en/ and http://k-litetk.com/mp3/join.asp , are these legal.

Can any music file be downloaded thru their software ?

Owning the software is legal, but downloading music without the permission of the musicians is illegal, hence downloading from those sites is illegal.
