I hate posters!
I hate kids that here a song on a random medium of entertainment and think it's cool to download every song that band has ever done and all of a sudden want to expand their musical tastes by signing up for that shitty Musicbanter website and making posts. It pisses me off!! especially when the losers ARE losers. Give me your thoughts on this.

Yeah, I don't see how techno listeners can be allowed to listen to rock.
That's like saying Christians can go trick-or-treating without going to hell. Edit: L0s3rz

Personally, I don't see anything wrong with trying to expand your music taste. But there's two ways it could go. You could actually just listen to stuff YOU like and not give a **** about anybody else, or you could pretend to be diverse to be cool. Not that you can't still be diverse AND only listen to the stuff YOU like. For example. My music collection ranges from extreme to acid rock to showtunes, from French music to psychedelic. I enjoy every single one of the records/tapes/CDs I own, and all the albums/single songs in my iTunes. However, if one hears a song that they like, and then tried to experiment with that band by downloading more of their stuff/ buying more of it (this is how I got into Bob Dylan! One of my favorite artists of all time) I don't really know how that affects anyone else. Ginsberg would tell you it goes to dope money but, Gins was an LSD feind :p. |
