How much sleep do you require daily?
I need about 7 hours to feel completely awake in the morning.

Maybe I'm weird, but the less I get (4 hours I say) the more active and ready I feel in the morning. However I pay it all back at night. On average I get about 6 hours of sleep a night.

I usually go to bed around 1:30 or 2:00 and get up for school around 6:30 so about 5 hours is good for me..

I used to need like 8 or 9, but then somehow during the last two months ive gotten accustomed to 6-7 and im good with that now.

Im an energizer bunnie....1-2 hours and I can go all night.

I get up at 6:30 and go to bed at about 11:30 so 7 for me

sleep is my thing, I'm usually logging about 9 hours a night, sometimes more..... I'm not saying I need it to be up in the morning, I can survive on 6 by the hair on my chin if i have too.

School Season: 7-8 hours
Early Summer: 13 hours Late, Late Summer: 9 hours |
i get about 6 hrs on a good night

i go to bed at like 1 (in the morning) or sumthn, so its 10+ for me.
