Promoting New work for your fans
[FONT="Comic Sans MS"]Hi Everyone
i'm new here... starting up a band can be really hard i know... and it seems like everyone is on myspace and so on promoting themselves... we're going to start doing that, but I wonder if anyone knows of any other ways to reach your fans? I was thinking of doing some mailouts for gigs to the people on my email list, and building up that way.. but i'm looking for a good system to reach them... i don't think plain emails are that good... and e-flyers are a bit boring now too... is there a way to reach your fan base with more dynamic messages anyone knows? thanks for your help |

Be really good.. and play a LOT of shows, and in between do the usual stuff that everybody else does (myspace, website, mailing list, etc.)
