That's pretty good actually...I think that's currently the maximum in Croatia. Although it's still odd that a cable connection doesn't have a symmetrical upload speed. I would have thought that was the main advantage of an (optic?) cable, virtually unlimited capabilities for transmitting data...

It definitely can be a lot higher but like I said, I am pretty sure that it is a small step to deter from piracy. I seem to remember reading that The U.K is one of the world's worst for piracy but don't quote me on that.
