Scientifically speaking, it seems to be very unfounded. The brain develops in a non-linear fashion and thus it is nonsensical to think that where planets and stars are located when you were born would somehow affect the final outcome.

Edit: Also the site posted on the first page won't open for me.

You've seen how the moon affects the tides. The human body is 65% water so why shouldn't it have an effect on how someone behaves?
