you know,...most 'rednecks' mine the coal that keeps your house warm, they pave the roads that you like to drive on, the log the trees or lay the brick that build the houses you like to sit in while you spill your ignorant opinions of people you dont even understand on music message boards,....

also, i've found that most of these kids who like to spout off how much they hate america, have never even left the country,....

there's problems, and ignorance, everywhere,......travel alittle bit,....see how other people live,......

To be honest, I would rather live in this country and be half as rich as I am, and have everyone else be open-minded and tolerant of everyone's cultures. I'm not just opposed to red-necks. I definitely can't say I haven't met some very fair red-necks in my day. If they're dishonest rednecks, though, I have a justifiied right to dislike them, the same way I have a justified right to dislike a dishonest black person.
Your last point is true, there is ignorance everywhere. But, let's face it: poverty is the number one cause of hate and indignation in the world. Shouldn't we be held to a higher standard, Savannah. If we are the greatest country in the world, shouldn't we be leading the way. Shouldn't we at least be grateful enough for all that our ancestors, and the good people of this country have done for us that we can at least be honest? Can't we take what we have been given and attempt to build off of it, instead of just plundering all that has been built? I can go down the line-from politicians to simpletons-we could be doing a lot better, but no. We don't want to do that. We want to exploit the system, and find loopholes, and find ways to get rich, without enhancing or bettering our society in any way. Most of us value money over honesty, and it sickens me.
