I'm not saying that isn't helping. I'm just saying that it's easy for a person to make a big deal of it on the internet, but in actuality the chance that they will do something to fix the problem is low.

People can call this animal cruelty and "not art", or whatever else, but if they see this, cry about it on the internet, then go to sleep soundly the next night, what progress are they making? none. it's bull****. it's easy to be sensitive and "socially concious" or whatever else on the internet.

@bruised violet

picture or whatever that is doesn't work... i don't know what you're trying to say here.

I have to say, I agree 100% with Starving Artless. Hes completely right.

(Although I do work at animal clinic, So I'd like to think I do some help to animals)

There is a difference between ignoring a problem and encouraging the problem by contributing to the death of an animal which pretty much debunks most of your argument that people ignoring it is just as bad.

He's supposedly doing this to make a point about starving dogs...by starving a dog. Yeah that's encouraging the problem.

The Unfan 04-13-2008 07:20 PM

He's not really encouraging it, he's demonstrating it. Encoraging it would imply he's saying its a good idea.

CAPTAIN CAVEMAN 04-13-2008 07:22 PM

this is one dog. his point attempts to create a change for a large amount of starving animals. that is helping.

bruise_violet 04-13-2008 07:23 PM

one dog is still important.
