no human can survive for long in the van allen belt, we're talking around 2 weeks, the astronauts were only in it for about half an hour, the hull of the spacecraft also provided some protection
the craft that returned from the moon showed signs of being exposed to radiation, as would be expected if it had passed through the van allen belt

the flag was on an pole shaped like an upside down L to hold it up, as they drive the poll into the ground it will make the poll shake causing ripples it the flag, with no air risistence to stop it this would last much longer than on earth, later in the video you can see the flag remains perfectly still even when the astronauts are moving around it, this would only happen in a vacum
everything in the video is what you would expect if it was filmed in a vacuum under low gravity
also it was the hight of the cold war, russia had spies in nasa, if it was a hoax it would have been of the front page of pravda
