The thread title is Time Vs. Money, he doesn't ask to compare.

But don't you have to, to see which is more valuable?

Not necessarily.

I don't see how...

Time as in time spent persuing something and not spent on a "job."

For instance if you're a professional poker player which is more valuable between time spent practicing poker and money to give you transportation and get into the next poker tournament? Or if you're in a band which is more valuable between money for equipment and travel and time spent writing the music? Do they have equal value?

ProggyMan 03-24-2008 07:09 PM

Ah. Time spent making money, or time spent practicing a way to make money.

Try comparing money to a particular period, or part of duration, whether past, present, or future... a point, or portion of duration; e.g; the time was, or has been; the time is, or will be and you'll see what I mean.
