I was simply trying to prove that from a buisness perspective mtv has a good grasp on what will make a good commercial game. Just because they own a certain label, or website doesn't make that particular name anything less then if it wasnt owned by mtv. And that because of this, gametrailers is just as good, if not better, review source as any website or publication.


If your asking how would i describe halo 3 promotion? Ridicoulous. When i can't get a pop without ****ing master cheif's face on it things have gone a little overboard.
Only 360 fans need ****ing mountain dew to keep them awake playing a generic shooter.

An open question to anyone.

Where did the numbers come from saying that PS3 was the top seller? NPD Group stopped releasing the numbers when the numbers were along the lines of

#1 DS
#2 Wii
#3 360
#4 PSP
#5 PS3

I would like to see the numbers that show different. I read these numbers in Game Informer a few months ago.

NPD Group are a reliable source as they are a non biased market research service.
