Maybe he could use it to try to cram all his pills inside, but they just won't fit, and the casket explodes in the hearse (which it's in for no apparent reason), and there's just a hearse on the highway raining pain pills out the back going 70 mph down the highway, and Rush Limbaugh is blaming it on Barrack Obama.
