Seattle PD is notorious for excessive force. A recent DoJ studdy found that excessive force was used in 20% of all police contacts with the public, a staggering figure. Notice that even the everyday people behind her were laughing. She's challenging that cop to do something, and disrupting the police conference in a pretty comical fashion.

Not many people were laughing, at least not in a way that supported what she was doing. If she is the voice of a common Seattleite, then the public school system there probably needs a serious overhaul. I kinda wanted to see a cop kick her ass after a few minutes. Bitch needs to come with some hotter material.
