Also men and women can be friends without anyone wanting a shag.

We have a very very strange friendship though. It's basically coming to the point where each of us are being more and more generous and giving each other more and more elaborate treats (I mean like paying for Alton Towers tickets, etc)

I don't know man, I'm not the best person to determine wither someone likes you or not. I'm awful at it irl. Truly awful. You'd be better off asking a friend who knows how she acts around you. In my expoerience my friends have always known.

Yes, I suppose the point is that you can't see or hear yourself, and you can't watch as a spectator. However, as I'm sure you know, my friends who are mostly lads my age aren't exactly the most sensible types for asking these kind of questions!

Tru dat. I forget you're much younger than me. Is there nobody you ask for a pointer? :(

Well, I've just turned 17, I've plenty of good reliable mates, but any question like that will be answered by a laugh followed by the words "easy chance to get laid!"
And of course my best friend who would never do that isn't the person to ask that question to, although not to talk about it probably is unwise.

To (roughly) quote the show 'Teachers' - "A man and a woman can only be friends if one wants a shag. If neither of them wants a shag, they cant be friends. If both wants a shag, they shag."

This sounds about right. There's no point denying it, if you've got a close female friend, I bet you've at least thought about it at times.
If not, you know what she's thinking.

Well, everything that looks delicious to puppies is out of reach now, except for the rugs and scrumptious power chords. I'm sure that he'll find something new and expensive to attempt to devour, but for now, I watch and wait.

Naa, if you do it whilst drunk, you know for sure she's going to use the alcohol as a use, although she can't quite take back the drunken honesty of her actions.
If it's done whilst sober, she can't say 'Oh I didn't know what I was doing', you both know it was intentional.

I'm pretty sure you don't need alcohol to win a young ladies affections either Salami. ;)
