I agree with James, he's probably just a stupid little boy expressing his anger in that way to impress people. When I was at school kids my age done stuff like that. My cousin was hit on the head repeatedly with a wooden plank with a few nails sticking out the end. The boys who done it have actually grown up to be normal people.

I fell on Saturday night, right after kissing someone (lol, embarassing (his fault though)) and my knee is ****ed. I'm actually boaking because my shower softened the scab and it's absolutely putrid now.
