Hypothetically speaking, I break the law, I get arrested, pay thousands in fines/lawyer fees/court costs/probation etc... to the state/government and we call it even.

I pay my taxes as well and do not take advantage of any government assistance programs, so I'm up one on them.

Therefore, the next time I get arrested, they should google me in their super secret system, see that I'm a hard working man trying to support a family and not taking the easy way out (aka welfare/wic/foodstamps/etc...) and let 2 grams of bud in my fucking pocket slide.

You should definitely watch it, then. It is based off a random SNL skit that wasn't even really considered "classic" (I guess it is now because of the movie). An early Will Ferrell classic.
