Hurt my ankle a little over a month ago pretty bad. Came down from a rebound on a guys foot and rolled over on it. Thought I broke it at first, pain was excruciating, but luckily it was just a very bad sprain. Unfortunately the same thing happened two years ago. So I walked with crutches a few days and eventually walked normally within a few weeks. These past couple weeks I've been running on it, wrapping it and using a brace which I'll most likely wear the rest of my life for exercise. Injured it again today playing basketball. Went up for a shot, landed on someone's foot. Doesn't seem too bad, just a lot of swelling. Here's a pic of it from a little while ago, pic really doesn't do the bruising or swelling justice.

Got my report card. I got an A on everything except for math; C+.
****ing hell. I even aced the final (which was worth 15% of the tests and quizzes, which was the only category of my grade not in the B range) and made sure to complete the homework for the week previous to the final, which was worth double points! It should have, at the very least, got me to a B-. Last edited by Kaimon; 02-02-2011 at 08:15 PM. |

I wish. I just got a small talking from my parents to work harder :/. But to be fair, three of those five A's require almost no effort to get (Orchestra, P.E, and Choir), and English and Physics is pretty easy.
I'm just so goddamn lazy when it comes to math HW (thankfully, not so much anymore). And in the end I understand everything, but it just takes a while and I usually don't have the material understood by the time tests come around. Last edited by Kaimon; 07-14-2011 at 12:39 AM. |
