What province are you guys in? I've been to two of the western provinces, because my dad lives over in BC/Alberta and I fly over occasionally.

British Columbia. My inter-provincial encounters are primarily with Albertans.

Same with me, and even most of them are actually originally from interior BC who moved to Calgary or Edmonton only to move back to Vancouver and stay put. I've met a few people from Toronto but never really spent a lot of time around them and I've never really traveled much in Canada outside of the lower mainland.

I encounter Albertans traveling through town at work. Generally they blame me for inconveniencing them with BC's laws, then storm off in a huff, perhaps after calling me a couple of choice words.

It's the whole Grant's Law/Prepay for fuel thing.

Or like bitching about how BC packs of cigarettes only contain 20 cigarettes instead of 25?

That must be a location-specific thing, because we definitely sell the 25s. In the case of smokes, they're usually just grateful that the price is so much cheaper than in AB. The prepay thing causes the most butthurt.

Haha! I hear that. I think the Misfits deserve some kind of lifetime achievement award for being the band most often on the tee-shirt in those situations.

I think it's the worst when they haven't heard the band at all.
Everyone has this on their shirts:

How many songs do you think the little girls and girls who shop in the junior section have heard? =P
