I've said it before and I'll say it again... it pays to learn to cut your own hair with some clippers. It's even worth not doing such a good job the first several cuts... but you'll thank yourself when you get the hang of it. Cutting hair isn't a skill... it's just something barbers capitalize on because most people don't want to take the time to get the hang of it themselves. A 20 dollar clipper set can last a lot of years if you take care of it.

But I guess if you've got money and trust growing from trees in your backyard, cool, I understand.

Following lengthy and rigorous analysis by scientists, we now know what makes a good dancer and what makes a bad dancer.

Wonder how much that particular revelation cost the taxpayers?

Okay. I just started the eighth grade and I'm already facing a dilemma. I think I love one of my best friends

His name is Evan and we're always being demented goofs together and now, I love him, and eventually I'm going top have to tell him. Unfortunately, he might not like me back, and things would get awkward between him and I.

God, this is a tricky situation.

Just a word of advice, don't rush into anything too soon k? Just make sure and really think it over.

I'll keep this in mind

I'll try my best to think it out, this is a difficult situation.

Also not to mention another bitching related subject:
I'm too short to reach the top shelf in my locker My school must think everybody is 5ft tall, as I am not.

People can give you all sorts of advice, but you will do what you are going to do. Just keep in mind you have plenty of time.

If the years behind me have taught me anything, though, its that screwing up a great friendship hurts more than the curiosity to "take it further".

I've been in this situation before, and I decided to bottle my feelings. It may not result in the perfect ending, but it's a regret I can live with. I guess that's what it really comes down to. On the brightside, you're 14! This is the time I guess where most mistakes are fixable

As for you're locker situation, walk with a stool to school, and say you're too stool for school

im sorta in the same situation, i tried ignoring it as long as i could, but im facing the music now...

my best advice would be to wait it out a bit, see if he shows any signs of liking you back. if not, then just find a way to tell him how you feel. once you do, then yeah, it'll be awkward for a while, but not forever. good luck

My mum and dad are squandering my inheritance!
Over the past few weeks they've bought
a new fitted kitichen
a new cooker
a new washing machine
a new car (they've already got one and hardly ever go anywhere together never mind apart)
a new microwave (they actually needed one of these 'cause the one they had was 30 yrs. old)
a new fridge/freezer for the garage
and other sundry items like a new kettle, new towels, set of knives, bread bin

It reminds me of a programme Stephen Fry did about bi-polar wherein he went shopping and bought a loada electronic goods only to say the moment he left the store...'I still don't feel any better'.
It's all very strange.
