This is one of those cases where one should take it into their own hands. I would go force-ably aquire a blood sample. The assault and battery charges would be completely overshadowed if not dropped when the man is found guilty, providing they accept the sample.

If she points the finger at him and accuses him then im not sure about this but i think they would need to be able to present sufficient evidence or reason to be permitted to test him, if he refuses to be tested voluntarily.

Ill tell you something though. If someone accused me of something like that then id let them test me as much as they wanted to. They can test me, they can search me, they turn my fucking house upside down if the alternative is to have that question mark hanging over my head. Why refuse a test that could clear your name of sexual assault charges if you didnt do anything?

I spent literally all Friday and today in the library, working on essays. Papers are a bitch when you don't own any of the required books. I plan on spending all Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and probably Wednesday in the library as well, studying for my finals.

On the upside: summer in a week, with no school to worry about for three months once it comes.

My computer needs a new lead and because of my dads birthday and fathers day both in the same week I CAN'T GET ONE

I bought this beautiful dress for my graduation...I figured I needed to lose 5 lbs to fit it perfectly....I lost them...turns out my ribcage is just too ****ing big for the dress. Today is my graduation. FML
