In actuality I really like my flatmates - we met at a uni residence a couple of years ago and we've been living together since then. We've had the usual minor disagreements over dirty dishes, hoarding bowls/mugs and overly long showers but I'm thankful we've never had any real arguments, especially the ones which tear apart seemingly perennial friendships in other flats. We're basically friends for life. It's just our complete lack of collective organisation and inability to coordinate even a shopping trip that gets to me. And I'll admit I was particularly bitter about not going to that party tonight because there was a girl I was hoping to see but I was too shy to go alone. Quote:
Personally weed doesn't do that much for me anyway whereas alcohol is liquid confidence and loads of fun.

I may not be the first to admit this one in this thread, but today I come to say
I am a bitch. No self-pity involved, no self-hate or loathing, no explanation necessary. Just something I've gathered and choose to express about myself. |

lately i've lost my charm and biting wit, what will i do with myself now?
i've also come to the conclusion that i'll probably never be able to have a conversation about music in real life, nor will i ever be able to answer the question "what kind of music do you like" because i don't want to be seen as one of those *******s (read: average teenager) who say that they like everything but really only like pop and hip hop. |

Speaking of flatmates... I just got into my bed TO FIND CRUMBS ALL IN IT. And I KNOW it's one of my flatmates because they come into my room all the time to use the Wii. Rah! /bitch. |

i'm not too worried i guess, its just that lately during conversations with new people or friends' friends i've either been too uninterested in whatever their saying or just not willing to put any effort into what i say. i think it's just my habit of being kinda shy around strangers, my voice drops to like an inaudible level when i'm at the store or whatever.

So I work at at a sev, and I take my break and I bring a newspaper to the backroom to read it..and I left it there..then my manager comes in and she finds the paper and she tells me "no reading in the back room"---what in the fuck am I supposed to do on my break---stare at the wall???
My manager drops the ball on important and fundamental things--like putting money in the vault, showing up for audits,---showing up for work even!!!Then the field manager gets on her ass--and so she makes up for it by bitching at me for eating write offs, giving the occasional free coffee to a regular, having a drink by the til---I guess thats the way she can prove she's a manager with the least amount of effort...and she still forgets the former things. So this week she was training at another store...and she drops by the store to check up on it...the day before the order window closes, at the very last minute, she asks me and my co-worker to pick up two huge sections she couldn't order because she was at the other store...then five minutes later, while my coworker is on his break, a huge line up forms...and I ask her for help, and she does for like two customers and says she can't be on til...look at how ****ing grateful she is!!! The field supervisor is another story. Whenever me and other staff members tell her that our manager isn't doing her job, she replies that or manager doesn't having anything bad to say about us---precisely!!!because she doesn't give two ****s about the job. ...and finally the night crew got held up a few weeks ago...and a coworker was pistolwhipped with a 9mm...and the first thing the field supervisor says when she comes in is "you had too much money in your til". **** my job. |
