I just switched my music on my 4gb samsung last night. I deleted everything of it because I was filling it all up with new stuff anyways. When it got to about half way while filling it up again, my computer crashed. Not too bad since I have all the stuff it put on first, but since it kinda fills it in reverse of how you drag stuff onto it, none of the tunes I put on first because I really wanted to have them got put on, Grr...

Me too. It sucks.

The other day I was feeling particularly bitchy about a variety of things:

I have an 80 GB iPod and it's full :( Not that I could ever listen to that much music before having access to a computer, but I am far too lazy to actually spend time regularly switching out music on it. I just want to have my whole library with me anywhere I go. On top of that, it's starting to get really ****ed up. It freezes every couple of weeks and I can't reset it; I just have to wait till it dies and then charge it up again. Also, the headphone jack has gotten really loose so that the only way I can listen to it is by pushing the end of the headphones where they plug in back and holding them there. Otherwise the sound only comes through the left channel. I need to get it fixed, but I don't want to spend several weeks without my iPod. So instead, I try to balance heavy things on the cord while I'm at work until i get it pressed down perfectly right to play. And then I have to readjust them every 15 or 20 minutes. It's a pain in the ass. On the upside, I haven't been so busy at my day job lately so I have time to do that.

i need 120$ for a Boss Metal zone, $200 for a legal copy of Miriam, $5000 for a gibson les paul custom, $16,000 for the biggest amp i can find, and $400+$400+$400 for EWQL's Ministry of rock, Fab four, and Symphonic orchestra.

damn, better start saving...

I can relate to that with my 80GB zune....I filled it up recently and I'm constantly getting new music that I want on it but the whole switching out thing. I just need to get a 120GB and recently the lock on the top has broken so my battery ends up draining pretty quickly. I have to set the display to 1 second and turn off the touch feature just to get some hours out of it.

you could just remove the artist plays from your library, or turn off scrobbling when you're not there.

Too much effort when they have music playing for hours on end... and I always forget to turn scrobbling off.
