Bring the salt and pepper. And don't forget the rusty hangers.

my gripe
I work as a server in a pretty decent steakhouse and yesterday was the day from hell!!! seriously 3 hour wait times and rude freakin people. i bust my a** at work, and i make pretty good money working 4 to 5 hours a nite, but some people just don't get it.... considering you are lucky enough to have someone as wonderful as me wait on you...
5$ on a 50$ check is not OK if you sit at a table for longer than 45 to an hour and do not tip more it is not OK 20% is the base amount, if your service was great TIP MORE we only make 2.13 hr if you have to ask how much a mixed drink or anything for that matter costs, you obviously can't really afford it do not shake your empty glass, you may wind up with spit in the next one watch 'WAITING', it is an awful movie, but so very, very true..... |

I hate going to a restaurant and encountering b*tchy wait staff. Tipping is not a f*cking law. I pay for my meal. Itts your job to serve me, if you dont like your job, quit. You get paid out of what the restaurants makes off of the food. I don't owe you a tip, I don't owe you sh*t.
And asking how much something cost doesnt mean that a person cannot afford it, it just means that the price is not posted anywhere, so they want to know. um K. If youre this b*tchy at work I can understand why customers are rude and dont tip you. |

i am never bitchy at work, and where i work if i get stiffed we pay tip share, so if it cost me money to wait on someone yeah i'm going to be rude....

Come to work in Britain where tips are optional NOT compulsory and the pay is minimum wage in a lot of restaurants.
