OH. Bitch box. Perfect.

So, I cant make my own decisions about my education & future career at the age of 16,almost 17. Ive been trying to drop one of my courses since november because its blatantly not suited for me and I hate it, and today I finally managed it and was over the moon, and yet come home to find my parents quarelling over the fact that my dad refuses to let me drop anything. Thing is, I dont have the guts to tell him Ive already dropped it, so he's arranged a meeting with the lecturer I just cancelled my lectures with, to talk it over. SO, Im majorly screwed.

Well, could be a fun 6 months ahead of me then, full of lessons with lecturers who know I dont want to be there, and then coming home to a consistantly angry parent.

Time to move out? Why yes please.

why don't you just tell them you don't want to attend that class anymore? they'll be pissed for a while, but saves you 6 months of boredom...

I HAVE told them.
Ive told them what other courses I was arranging and am able to take, and will get me into the uni course I want.
Its all sorted, its not like Im being totally irrational.
My mum understands, I dont see what my dads problem is.

Why do people make statements in the form of a question?

e.g; South coast of England, west coast America and Aussies...it's so irritating.

Hi, my names David?

Two pints of lager? and a packet of peanuts?

Like, I'm from Bell Air?

:banghead:

In fairness, that's actually a question.

I blame Socrates for the whole thing. And I blame Bill and Ted for Socrates. So in fact I blame Keanu Reeves for it all. Which I'm sure you'll agree is reasonable.
