Vaccine uptake is definitely over 90%, though there are those who didn't or won't for reasons. The trouble here is that everyone has convinced themselves that Covid is over, in the past. Few people even wear masks now, hardly anyone socially distances. I'm just back from the shops and I wore my mask, I always do.

Shout out to my apartment complex for deciding to allow tenants to have dogs in the building and also signing a dog training business to the commecial space below my unit. It's not like I signed the lease with the knowledge that they didn't allow barking dogs in the building.

Really appeciate that rent increase too in Feburary that I agreed to.

What's next guys? Basketball court on the roof?
