That's what the light switch is for. That sounds pithy but when you can't see the person it takes a lot of the social human element out and makes it more about the actual thing you're both there to do.

He’s a young good looking interesting intelligent man. I’m just saying the women are there for him. I’m not blaming him or anything. It’s not any easier or more difficult than it is and for him it’s 100% doable if he does it. I get that’s circular and obvious to the point of near meaninglessness but the point is it’s not out of reach. And that discomfort and awkwardness fades fast once you’re up in it.
