so you're seeing it's different unlike juggalo d00d who for real wants to sell you shoes

Goes to show that you know less about juggalos than I do punk or goth. Juggalos named themselves, started painting their faces and doing their hair and dressing like their favorite bands just as what happened with both punk and goth. There was a time prior to juggalo cliche as well and even now juggalo 'style' barrows heavily from goth and punk (basically any anticulture). Difference is the juggalo artists capitalized off of it and exploited the ever loving **** out of the dedicated idiots that buy anything with a hatchet man on it while independent clothing stores formed to sell goths and punks stuff.

I mean, if you think you're different because goths don't shovel money at merch that literally brands them like cattle I can see that. But also, juggalos don't really have a dress code either. There are juggalos that think band shirts in general are tacky, would never paint their face and you'd never guess that they were one if you saw one. My friend that was raised into goth culture also considers, or considered, himself a juggalo. It's much more open to different styles while your cultures are a lot more picky and specific. There for, it's much easier to create clothing companies that target that particular brand. Even your pre-hot topic 80s style of goth.

TBF ICP have always been over-priced merch whores.

I'm sure they weren't always, but yeah they jumped on that soon as they saw that they could.

Like, they auctioned one of Shaggy's dread locks years after he cut them off and that's just ****ing weird.

Then Twiztid's mystery box thing, where they were selling 1,000 for $100 each, they come with a bunch of stupid ****, 100 people get a special prize and 1 person was going to get $10,000. Then you get juggalos that bought like 5 or 6 pissed because they didn't win and they didn't like what comes in the box (because it was all just stuff they couldn't sale or sumn) and I have to laugh cause these ****ing idiots had 100s of dollars to waste on these boxes and their smarmy privileged red neck mongoloids are like "they don't care about us anymore!" LOL ****ing juggalos.

Goth is an aesthetic

An aesthetic where you have a specific style, with a specific type of clothing and a specific kind of music of specific artists you like. Yeah, it's not much different and is still a consumer brand.

But they won't really be goth unless they dance in the cave with the other bats.
