I've been in a splint for a month (would be in a cast if not for potential surgery, still waiting on MRI results to see if that's needed) and at this point the cramping and muscle atrophy in my left calf is worse than the pain in my broken ankle. Also, **** crutches and extremely limited mobility and stairs and backed up orthopedic doctor schedules.

Does anyone else suffer from having earworms almost all the time? I have songs stuck in my head constantly. I often find myself lying awake at night, repeating a song in my mind over and over again. Sometimes I don't consciously notice it for hours, just feeling some kind of annoying discomfort.

All the time, but it doesn't really bother me and it's always music I like. I guess it is annoying when it's a half second part of a song that's stuck in your head and you can barely remember the rest.

The similarity strikes again.
It doesn't always bother me but if I can't sleep because of it, it sucks. It's also usually just a small fragment, so even the fact that it's mostly stuff I like doesn't always keep it from getting on my nerves.

Listen to music more often.. Problem solved.

Spotify has some great music for sleep if that's the main time it affects you.
