A family of six or so bears wandered into my campsite and proceeded to lay waste. They took the cooler over to a grassy area and ripped it open and started to have a regular old bear picnic, spreading all our trash everywhere and eating our cookies and drinking our beers. And now they know of a glut of food items in a very nice hangout place, so while it was very cute and cool how the little ones wrestled and struggled to climb into my hammock and had a good time, I dunno if they're gonna leave.. Downsides of living in a tent in the woods

I hope I can go back, there wasn't much food so that's no big deal, it was a serious mess though. But they very well could have just took the whole spot over, in which case we'd have to try and pack up around them |

I found a loot crate from February that I didn't open. I was excited when I saw it had a Deadpool shirt inside. After looking at it though, I was like man **** this shirt. They took a scene from one of his comics where he normally yells "Chimichangas" and they put "Tacos" instead. It was like the guy making the shirt didn't know how to spell it so hr was like what else is Mexican food related and easy to spell. Oh Tacos, I will toss that in there.

So there's a new family in the neighborhood that includes an elderly gentleman who's obviously suffering badly from dementia or alzheimers. They have a caretaker come in everyday to help him through the day including taking him for walks up and down the road in front of my house. He's strapped into this rolling chair that doesn't have big wheels like a wheelchair.
He never talks or makes a sound except for when he approaches a speed bump. He goes off! NO! NO! NO! NONONONO!!!! Once he's over it he's quiet as a mouse again. It's really kinda unnerving. There's a speed bump right outside the window of my music room/man cave. I also get to see it when out walking the dogs. Freaks them out too. I've told Linda to take me out if I ever get like that. I know she won't hesitate to do it. She's asked me to do the same.

So why the **** does the caretaker still take him near speedbumps? I can't imagine anyone wants to shove a dirty sock down that old man's throat more than that person.
