I gained a few pounds after quitting smoking right before the holidays (Dec 4th 2014). It should fall off over the next month or so. It's happened before when I was weight training and drinking protein shakes everyday. I got up to 185, then back down to normal (about 175-180) after I busted my shoulder and couldn't lift for a few months. The difference this time is that all the weight is in my gut.
