Got a neighbor down the street who has a killer looking Chevy low rider. Every now and then he'll work on it while he BLASTS vulgar rap. I think someone must have complained to the association becasue he hasn't done it in quite a while.

I love people who blast obnoxious music, even if I hate it. It reminds me of this story my English teacher once told me. He was studying in London and apparently had been invited by some guy in charge at the Globe Theater to go down and basically hassle the actors during the show just like the peasants would have done back in the day. Apparently all the proper British actors and audiences didn't quite know what to make of this.

When I hear some ******* blasting Lil' Wayne, it always makes me think of that and how people should calm the **** down and quit acting like the air around them is ****ing sacred.

Last time he did it was like 8:00AM. And there's lots of young kids around. I get what your saying but there's some level of respecting your neighbors that should be involved. One of the last places we lived the dude across the street would be out with a leaf blower at like 6:00AM on a Saturday morning. That didn't last very long. All us neighbors ganged up on the dude.

If you have access to his breaker go pull the plug. I used to have an ******* above me at an old apartment that would blast music at inopportune hours. In communal living the blasting music stops at 9. I literally pulled his breaker 9 times one week. He finally got the message, but remained puzzled as to what was causing the problem with the breaker. I'd do it again in a heartbeat.

I wish. However one of my other neighbors and myself have informed the manager of the problem. The complex we live in have a good rating of getting things dealt with and resolved. So hopefully it'll stop soon.

A two minute power outage last night messed up one of my aquarium heater's auto on-off capacity, and as a result, the temperature plunged overnight. Thankfully, most of them were hardy enough to take it, but I lost three, including Candy-O, my angelfish. :(
