Broken links like that will always show for the person who posted them because they have gone and viewed the image in its native location and it is therefore cached for them.

I just downloaded all my PMs as TEXT, bookmarked that page, then cleaned out my inbox. Didn't realize that they'd be deleted from the dump as well.
